A lovely twin handled ironstone loving cup with blue transfer print pagoda/bridge/blossom scene/birds to front and floral/small pagoda/birds scene to back, hand painted highlights in ironstone red, pink, light green, light blue and amber.
 
In overall very good condition for age, some wear to the ironstone red rim plus a small fleabite (please see relevant photograph);  main decoration still rich although again some signs of wear/rubbing mainly to transfer print.
 
We source our own antique & vintage planters and pair with the flowers we think will most suit the container to create a timeless living statement piece. They arrive  ready to display or to give as a present to lovers of flowers & gardens. There is the added pleasure of being able to re-use such a lovely vessel and planting out the perennials into the garden making sustainable gifting so easy.
