SHOP POLICIES
Good service is very important to us and we focus on delivering the very best of everything we can. Our potted plants are all unique and one-offs and so it's really sad if they are damaged en-transit or they do not meet your expectations. We set out here what to expect from us.
ORDERS
Containers: We source our antique and vintage vessels from a variety of suppliers across the UK. We research each item carefully and to the best of our ability, providing as accurante as possible description of their provenance including manufacturer, year of production, historical relevance and condition. We use a value-based pricing method to be as fair as possible.
Plants: We select our plants from a network of local growers and independent nurseries. Some we grow ourselves, others we source from the best possible growers - for example all our orchids come directly from Opti-Flor in Holland.
SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our shipping. This is overnight shipping delivered Monday to Saturday.
Small Boxes (under 2kg) = £5.00
Medium size Boxes: (under 10kg) = £8.50.
For larger items - which we indicate clearly - we can deliver these are ourselves within a 15 mile radius of OX49 5AA or you can collect from us at Swyncombe, Oxfordshire.
GIFT WRAPPING
IWe offer gift wrapping at an additional £5.50 per pot. We use Cambridge Imprint paper, a personalised gift card handwritten and a vintage ribbon.
RETURNS
Our potted plants are almost impossible to replace as they are mainly one-off antique finds. If we can we will or replace with similar, but if we cant we will refund you. We are largely unsuccessful ever claiming back from Royal Mail!
