VISITING OUR OXFORDSHIRE BARN
Our 17th century tithe barn is opening from Friday 30 October until Easter 2027. Collect your online orders here, find all our potted plants including bulbs and scented geraniums (in season). Create your own bespoke potted plant by choosing a container and plant from our collection to pair together, and we will pot them up for you.

Thursdays 10am - 2pm
Saturdays 10am - 4pm
Please use the calendar to book a slot. We have limited parking directly outside. As the barn is very much a working space, it is not accessible for wheelchairs.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR BARN
LATCHMORE BARN, COATES FARM, COATES LANE, WATLINGTON, OX49 5AA
We are 15 mins from the M40 Watlington turn-off and 20 mins from Henley-on-Thames/Wallingford
From Watlington: Come up Howe Hill towards Henley & Nettlebed➔ Turn right onto Britwell Hill towards Britwell Salome (passing the red postbox on the corner) ➔ Take the first left onto Coates Lane.
From Nettlebed (A4130): Head towards Watlington ➔ Go through Cookley Green ➔ Continue along Red Lane towards Howe Hill ➔ Turn left onto Britwell Hill towards Britwell Salome ➔ Take the first left onto Coates Lane.
Please note that there is no through road to Coates Lane from Cookley Green.
The Final Approach: Once on Coates Lane, follow it until it forks near the farmhouses ➔ Take the left fork ➔ Latchmore Barn is the very first house. Parking is available outside.
