Lovely Imari-style bowl which looks like faded chintz it's so pretty - with handpainted floral design and satifying pedestal shape. Not marked, so hard to tell provenance, but judging by weight and quality of both the design and china, it's old. There is a small chip on the rim which is barely noticable but is reflected in the price.  Colour and style of patterns would indicate it's Imari or in the Imari style, late 19th century Japanense very popular in Europe.

With generously planted it up with  Hyacinths and spanish moss.

Measures 22cm diameter and 8.5cm heigh.

Our potted plants are packed extremely carefully and courierd with DHL Parcel overnight accompanied with a personalised card, provenance and care instructions with the option of Cambridge Imprint gift wrapping and vintage ribbon.
