A most unusual ironstone large rectanugular turreen with a beautiful paisley pattern in teal and gold colours, gilded lion paw feet and very ornate 'leopard print'handles. In excellent condition commnesurate with age and the perfect sitting room planter for plants and bulbs, but could also be used as a wine cooler in the summer for parties!
 
The piece is unmarked but would be Victorian, measures 35.5cm from handle to handle, 16cm high.
 
Planted with white Cyclaman for the winter which will flower and flower and Muehlenbeckia which are happy either indoors or outside.
