A lovely glazed plant holder made by the small Cloon Pottery in Co Kerry, Ireland measuring 12 cm and 16cm diameter.  In excellent condition without any chips or cracks and can be used over and over for many different plants.
 
Currently planted up with beautiful sprays of Opti-Flor miniature phaleanopsis which flower for months and natural moss. All our plants are accompanied with detailed care instructions and are packed up carefully in compostable recycled boxes packed with straw and shipped with an overnight courier service.
 
Our potted plants make lovely sustainable gifts as nothing is single use or thrown away - the planter can be used for multiple purposes and thephaleanopsis can be re- planted into another pot.  Each pot comes with a personalised gift card and the option of our Cambridge Imprint wrapping paper and vintage velvet ribbon.
