Pelargonium ‘Roses of Attar’ is possibly the most famous of all the South African scented geraniums and is part of our heritage geranium range. It has small pretty pink flowers with the most glorious Rose scent, as strong as a hyacinth, and will perfume an entire room. It’s scent is so strong it is used to make rose oil and it has a long history of use. Flowers prolifically and grows into a nice shape. Geraniums grow extremely well in a sunny spot, like to be a bit pot-bound and under-watered and are happy indoors or outside.

Planted up in a 6" vintage terracotta flower pot with a really pretty patina, our English vintage claypots are all over 50 years old, many are 80 years and some are Edwardian and Victorian. We choose our little pots carefully avoiding any large cracks or chips but as they are well-loved by many generations of gardeners and many are handmade, some will have little quirks.

We include really detailed growing instructions for geraniums and scented geraniums, along with  some ideas of how to use their leaves and decorate your home with these these timelessly classic potted plants. They're packed up carefully in compostable boxes packed with straw and shipped with an overnight courier service.  Our potted plants  make lovely gifts and come with a personalised gift card and the option of our Cambridge Imprints wrapping paper and velvet ribbon.
