A very lovely Royal Stanley Ware bowl in the Jacobean pattern planted with winter pansies. 20cm diameter 5cm high. Royal Stanley is an unusual glazed terracotta line of pottery that was produced by Colclough & Co in Stoke which later became the Stanley Potteries but did not survive the Great Depression and closed in 1931.   The  Jacobean pattern was made in the 1920's with very distinctive art nouveau designs of grapes with rich, deep colours to the glaze.

We have planted the bowl with hyacinth bulbs which will flower in about 3 to 4 weeks and flower for weeks, scenting the the home.

All our plants are accompanied with detailed care instructions and packed up carefully in compostable recycled boxes packed with straw and shipped with an overnight courier service.

Our potted plants make lovely sustainable gifts as nothing is single use or thrown away - the bowl can be used for multiple purposes and the hyacinths can be re- planted outdoors to flower again next season. Each pot comes with a personalised gift card and the option of our Cambridge Imprint wrapping paper and vintage velvet ribbon.
