Mason's 'Regency' pattern was a very popular pattern in the Mason ironstone range and the back mark would suggest this was made between 1950 and 1950. The pattern itself is very traditional and based on the original regency patterns when Mason's first started as a pottery in Stoke-on trent, Staffordshire. The very sweet little sauce tureen is in good condition with a little bit of crazing, commensurate with its age - but has no chips or cracks.

We have planted the little Mason tureen with a miniature phaleonopsis orchid and Spanish moss, which will flower for ages and continue to grow in an inner pot.

All our plants are accompanied with detailed care instructions and packed up carefully in compostable recycled boxes packed with straw and shipped with an overnight courier service.

Our potted plants make lovely sustainable gifts as nothing is single use or thrown away - the tureen can be used for multiple purposes and the orchid can be re- potted into a bigger pot if necessary. Each pot comes with a personalised gift card and the option of our Cambridge Imprint wrapping paper and vintage velvet ribbon.
