A small sauce tureen made by Staffordshire’s Brownfield pottery in the late Victorian Aesthetic Movement circa 1880s/1890s. The geometric lace borders combined with the stylised botanical wild rose or primrose bands are very of this time. Dark brown transferware on an ironstone octagonal body with a low-profile domed lid, topped with very sweet ornate branch-moulded handles and a pretty finial on the lid
Potted up generously with winter pansies in antique colours to accentuate the brown transfer ware. Our potted plants come with carefully researched provenances and detailed plant care instructions.
Packed very carefully with recycled packaging and shipped overnight with Royal Mail Tracked 24 within 5 working days. Please note we do not ship on Thursday and Fridays to avoid boxes sitting in warehouses over the weekend. Please let us know if your plant has a specific deadline.
We also offer gift wrap using Cambridge Imprint paper and a handwritten card.
